FAQs and Policies

How to book?

1. Send your inspo/design via messenger/IG
2. Wait for the quote (Base price for plain designs)
3. Go to the webpage and checkout service/s

Catalog > Select main service > book slot > Add to cart > add to cart removal too if needed > check out


4. settle 20% Down payment through gcash/gotyme
5. Send your proof of payment and order number through IG

A confirmation email will be sent once booking is confirmed

REMINDER that this is a home-based studio but we have a separate private room

If you really need a squeeze in I can depending on availability, just let me know via DM + 150 fee

STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT

Downpayment

I require 20% DP to be sent to my GCASH/GoTyme. Amount will be deducted to your total cost.

No DP = no appointment

Cancellations

Allowed within 24 hours of booking.
20% DP is non-refundable for no shows and cancellations after 24hrs of booking.

Another 20% DP is needed for rebooking

Late

Beyond 30 minutes late = CANCELLED appointment & no DP refund

20 mins late + 100php
30 mins late + 150php

I highly suggest to be on time, not too early and not too late unless I was informed and gave the go signal, I prep on time and being late/too early might affect clients before and after our appointment schedule. Please respect my time as I do yours ♡

Warranty

Fall-offs and liftings can be repaired within 3 days after the session. Please let me know right away. Beyond that, there will be a minimal fee. Out of warranty repair cost depends on the set cost, divided by 10.

Parking

We have 1 available open parking space outside, no worries as I am not near the main road and it's safe.

Companion

Strictly no companion
Back to back bookings are allowed
Only clients are allowed inside

Snacks/deliveries are allowed

Duration

Varies depending on design, may take 2-4 hours max.

Please avoid booking if you are on a rush

Retention

We highly suggest to get your nails refreshed every 3-4 weeks

Retention depends mostly on your aftercare

How to ship oil/Press ons

It can be picked up personally, SDD via courier of your choice (lalamove/grab express, etc.) or shipped through LBC

Shipping expense is c/o buyer

Booking means you understand everything stated on the policy page

This is mainly to avoid confusion and unnecessary delay during our scheduled time

Reminder:


Your nails are jewels, not tools. Treat them with care.

Just a few reminders during our appointment :)

  • It's okay to use your phone or snack

    just make sure to do it with care

  • No unecessary movements please

    do not tap/swing your feet, as it can cause nipper injury. Keep your hands steady

  • no scratching, no hair combing, or any unnecessary movements that might affect the nail art or might cause your nails to be dirty.

  • important:

    Your nails are not yet fully dry even after curing, Lint/Hair/Dust/Dirt will adhere to it unless top coat is cured.

  • Relax, babe

    I will guide and position your hands as needed. Avoid tensing,
    Just let your hand rest, I’ve got you.

  • Under the UV

    Do not remove your hand mid curing unless you are feeling a heat spike

  • Your comfort matters

    Never hesitate to let me know if you feel any discomfort, need a break, adjustment, or anything to feel more comfortable.
